Petty shop selling of drinks is too high

I have travelled from Erode to Trichy on 08.04.2009 by Plakat Past Pss. at 11.00 am in plat form no.3 at erode (My Ticket No. 335362265). While at the movement of train I have purchsed mirranta (Drink) from IRCTC stall at Erode 3rd platform. Actual price of the drink is Rs.20/= but irctc staff has sold the dring Rs.30/=. In this regard, I am not able to complaint at Erode, since trains is moving. So, I have made the complaint at Trichy Railway Dy.station Master Mr. Kumar. He has not taken the complaint and asked to give mail to irictc complaint. Management has to equire and refund Rs.10/=
