Egarding refund money on cancellation online ticket

my name is mantha nanavati and i have irctc account in railway for booking online tickets and i want to complained that i booked one ticket of Rs 1, 211/- and after that i cancelled it and so you had deducted of Rs. 969/- or nearer amount of Rs. 1, 000/- and only refund of Rs. 222/- so regarding any technical mistake or else, i want to correct of my refund money and my prn no was PNR2461990172 so please do need ful and give me correct refund. and also i previously mailed you on 25th june but no answer from your side so what can i do for that? i had mailed two times but still no reply. so please do need ful
