Poor facility at coachACII tie

This is regarding the complain against the railways for the poor arrangement at ACII tier Howrah Danapur EXP/2315.

I was returning from howrah to patna,

My Coach no. A1/23.

Status of the seat is poor that i got severe back ache as there is huge gap in between the part of Side lower seats which made my late night uncomfartable.

Entire coach was smelling bad

Rats are there as our company.

AC not so good.

Overall old coach has been there.

Its really poor as a customer we are paying so much but in return not getting the facilities so kindly see to it.
