AC Switched Off

Sub: K. Sathish Babu, Transaction ID: 0093716601 and PNR No : 6124406230 – Travelled from HWH to NLR on March 19 by : 2663/HWH TPJ EXPRESS – Complaint about 1) Switched off AC in B2 Coach at Kharagpur Station 2) Bed Sheets not washed

I regret to inform that I had travelled from Howrah to Nellore on March 19 by 2663/HWH TPJ EXPRESS. We boarded the train from Howrah on 19-03 at 04:00 PM and noticed that AC was not switched on. However, AC was started only after hue and cry from passengers after 30 minutes of the departure of the Train. It was again switched off at Kharagpur Station. Train had stopped at Kharagpur for more than an hour. During that time none of the attendants and TTE was available and went off somewhere. It was only switched on only after the departure of the train after a delay of nearly one and half an hour.

Hence, kindly compensate 10, 000/- as it put us into lot of inconvenience. I further would like to inform that bed sheets were not washed, but used ones are given.

Please bestow your immediate personal attention and order for refund of compensation to us.
