INADEQUATE SERVICE

This complain is regarding the Train Number 0285, Indore –Bhopal - Chhindwara

I have chosen first class ticket in train no 285 due to the fact that this will much cleaner, healthier and value for money as my past experience with other categories that is sleepers i found out that instead of improvement this train going towards disaster. And surprisingly nobody cares. The TC has his own grievances seems that nobody even bothers about the feedback given by an employee who is coming in direct contact with the consumers.

Opposite to my expectation the whole coach was filthier or I can say filthiest than the general coach in the same train. The entire corridor is full of spider webs which shows carelessness of the staff who is checking it or responsible for cleaning n maintaining the coaches. The cabin where i got my seat even doesn't have alarm chain fixed. The seats looks like not been washed or cleaned since ages. In simple words if you are asthmatic than there is no doubt that you will have attack immediately.

The tc seems less concerned he doesn't even have a complain book.

I'm thinking to file a court case against the railways. I need to know how I can do this. All other passengers as well have the same concerns but very few wants to complain may be they are happy to sit in a place filthier than public toilets.

The TC even doesn’t have any complain book with him which can make process easy.

I have complain about the same un Chhindwara station but as per them it doesn’t comes under them as the train starts from Indore which is in different z

Ne. What about the cleanliness of the train when the same train is going to start from Chhindwara he has no answer for this question.

It seems that the development in railway is just on papers the realities are totally different may be that is why nowadays railways instead of increase price reducing them on the cost of environment of the coaches and putting all the travelers on the risk of health hazards.

Please let me know where and how I can file a complaint in consumer forum.
