Delay & discomfort due to unorganised schedule

We were travelling by train no. 5646 GHY LTT EXP on 6th May 09. The trains scheduled departure was of 16:45 hrs. we were travelling by coach B1 seat 69 & 70. n even after & hours past the departure the AC coach was not attached to the train. All passengers were standing on the platform waiting in the soaring temperature.
On enquiry no substantial information was given.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service & the unorganised state of the schedule.
This consecutively hampered my onwards journey from mumbai to pune.
