Large size trolley bag 36" black

I was travelling with my wife & daughter to board the train seladah express on 7/5 at 03:15 hours i board the train to go sasaram as i came from pune patna express from pune i reached mugalsarai at around 12:15 hrs. as soon as we board the sealdah express & train start running, someone from toilet side of the coach push me hard and snatched my bag and jump of from the running train i pull the chain and lodge complained with grp mugalsarai, my valuables around Rs 15000- was lost . i read often this type of cases the railway police should be there in each coach to prevent this kind of robbery at least in night trains, still i dont get my bag back.
