Sudden cancellation of coach

Sir,

i had to reach new delhi today ie on 3rd july as i had an urgent appointment with dotor.i had a reservation from bareilly in intercity express, but i was surprised to see that my coach c1 was cancelled without any prior notice.none of the passengers were were adjusted anywhere and there was nobody to provide any information.my aunt who is quite old was with me and there were many aged passengers who were harassed because of cancellation.this not done.atleast the passengers should have been adjusted somewhere or given a prior notice.this is a very irresponsible attitude of the railways.
