On both journeys I found excess Wait Listed Passengers crowding corridors and blocking doors and bathrooms agianst railway safety rules.
TTs and Ploice did nothing despite complaints.
Registered complaint on board with Conductor.

As you read in the above story begging is given all patronage whereas people abiding laws are harrassed in education, in license and taxes.
Similarly you make law abiding advance reservees
suffer by allowing careless and late WL passengers to crash into the coaches. Either out of cowardice or greed for bribe TTs dont remove excess people.
Why allow so many WL passenger to be issued tickets when it is agianst the law to allow excess passengers on board? There is Emergency Quota for genuine people, there is no need to allow booking when all seats are full when less than 7 days are left for advance booking.
Indian Railways truly stand for the India to become a nation of beggars who have money for cell phones, eat from all vendors but will not book tickets in advance and follow rules.
