Refund Against non working AC during the travel

Dear Sir,

I want to file a complaint against Indian Railways for PNR no. 2362607457, DOJ - 4th Aug 09, Train No 2056.

I have to face severe inconvinience due to the non working AC during my travel from Haridwar to New Delhi. During the Journey, Ticket Checker made a refund memo which he claimed to be refunded from any where within days. When we went to the Noida railway booking centre, supervisor told that teh refund can be claimed within 20 hours that too from the Destination station (i.e. New Delhi).

We want our refund for the cause which is not our fault whereas we faced inconvenience due to it. We hope not to repest such experiences with Indian Railways in Future.
