E-Ticket Original Id Card Fine

Dear Sir / Madam,

A Squad was checking for the tickets and they invalidated my Driving Licencse saying it was not a valid one, this is a duplicate (though it was original) and a fine of Rs 600/- is collected saying that 250 was the fine and 350 was the ticket price my actual ticket price was 286/- when i asked him why the ticket price is written as 350 the person started saying some non sense that from this calculation has to be done from this station to this station and again this station to this station, but he didnt give an clear explanation.

1. How did the ticket cost change, why doesnt the squad carry an rule book which shows how the calculation is done.

2. On what basis did the so called squad people invalidate my original ID
