Very poor facilities in the train

Sir,

Recently I have travelled in Deradun Kochiveli Express 2288 in AC3-tier with pnr no :2361881534 but basic facilities were not available for such a long distance train.

1. No ligths in the bathroom.

2.If charger plugs are to be switched on then, no lights in the cabin.

3.There was lot of shake in the coach.

4. No pantry car, no drinking water available in such a long distance train.

I was very unpleasant with the journey.
