Respected Sir,

On 14th August we were travelling by train number 2443 Bhubaneshwar-New Delhi Rajdhani express in AC 2 tier coach number A2 berth 35 and 37.

The particular train did not have water in the toilet, no lights in one of the toilets, toilet flush wasnt working, toilet fans were not working, rain water from the side windows was seeping into the compartment making the entire floor full of water.

Side lower passengers in seat number 41 and 45 got completely wet due to this rain water. All these things brought to the attention of the running train ticket superintendent. The light and the fan was set right. The other problems were not attended to. To my utter surprise when one of the aggrieved passengers wanted the complaint book from the ticket superintendent, it was refused. Such coaches should not be allowed to ply as a part of a prestigious name like Rajdhani Express connecting the two capitals. Please take remedial action and appropriate action against the ticket superintendent.
