Mismanagement in AC coaches

The AC and light were not working that day in our coach. That day it was really uncomfortable to have our dinner in emergency light. Despite of complaining again and again they were not listening us and were not providing the complain book. We are paying so much for AC coaches to make our journey comfortable but Indian Railways are not working properly. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take some step.
