Unsafe journey

We pay a huge amount for our safe and secure joruney but it is not up to the mark because of the some railway officials. my family boarded in 5047 purbanchal express from siwan on 4th october to reach bandel .but between kiul and jhajha, the looters boarded the train in huge numbers, making terrible sound looted almost the all passenges.one of the t.t.e came and sat beside my father and asked for a polythene to hide his black coat telling that "looting has become a frequent task in that route".many passengers were injured who protested them.it was amaging to see that no R.P.F was present in the whole train. therefore. i ask the concerned authority that who is responsible for our loss and why no action is being taken against this kind of act. i also urge the auothority for the complete investigatoin upon this terrible act and punish the offenders. thanking you
