Reimbursement Of Train Fare which was cancelled due to floods

Hi,

Iam Suresh, I bokked a e-ticket in irctc portal for 6328/KORBA EXP 23:15 PM on july 30.

Later when i am trying to cancel the tickets in online, we are unable to do it.

Reason: 6328/KORBA EXP 23:15 PM Train has been canclled on july 30 due to floods.
