RESERVATION SCANDAL

Dear Sir,

I introduce myself as Mr. Laxmichand Shah from Chennai. I had planned by trip from Gandhidham (gujarat) to Bandra (Mumbai) on 30th October by train number 9116 / BHUJ BDTS EXPRESS.The ticket was booked on 1st August vide PNR No - 8133597677.The status of the ticket on the booking date was RAC1.The status however remained the same till the date of Journey which was 90 days from the date of booking.

I also would like to highlight that the co-passengers travelling along with me had a confirmed ticket on the date of travel inspite of waiting list status on the date of booking (Please note that the tickets of the co-passengers were booked post the booking date of my ticket).

This clearly portraits a fishy picture about the concerned railway authorities. Seeking your intervention for escalating the same to the respective authorites to take necessary step / action.
