Switching off AC in AC two tie

I am traveling by the 6107 Chennai - Egmore - Mangalore Train... and they have switched off the AC and fans from Mahe onwards. When we pay for an AC ticket we expect AC throughout... and the fan was on because the AC was not cooling. As soon as the Railway official who was on this got off... they switched off everything... leaving me, a lady in utter despair and anguish as it started getting very warm. I cannot run after a TT who is in the other coach leaving my luggage unattended here.

This is a recurring problem now,

I have paid for my ticket... not freely traveling like the other passengers here who are mainly railway staff.
