Frustrating delay of train no.2511

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I travelled fron Gonda Jn to Bhopal on ticket no on 20/04 (PNR- 234-7443284). The train was delayed by almost 5 hours. It was very much frustrating. This train is often delayed by 3-4 hours and Railway is not acting to improve the situation. I also had a ticket from Bhopal to Indore on train no. which depart from Bhopal daily at 22:50 hrs., I could not take this jouney due to inappropriate delay of 2511. On contacting appropriate authority I was also denied refund and was told that nothing can be done now. Please help me in getting the refund of my ticket from Bhopal to indore and also appropriate compensation for the mental suffering that I got due to so much delay of the train. Also please instruct the Railway to regularise the timings of the above train to minimize the passengers' sufferings.
