TTE Cheating a Passenge

I was travelling from Raichur to Pune on 18/05/08 by Train No:1042 (Chennai Mumabi Express). My tkt (no:4463247493) was in waiting list. After approaching the TTE (who was on duty from Guntkal Junction to WADI junction), he demanded 150 Rs for getting me a confirmed seat, which I paid to him without making any hesitation. But later when one more TTE from WADI junction woke me up and said that the seat deos not belong to me and the other TTE has not made any entries in the chart and he has misguided and cheated me by taking money..Later that seat was assigned to some one else who was in RAC.

Can some one look into this and take relevant action on the TTE who was on duty from Guntkal Junction to WADI junction.

I dont know his name otherwise I would have mentioned it and If I get him again anywhere I just dont know what I will do with him.
