Sir,

Please find the details of how your system is Non friendly to the

passengers.

We wanted to travel from Malkapur (MKU) to Hatkanagale (HTK) by 1040

Maharashtra Express on 18th August.

• But it was showing waitlisted on that date from MKU.

• But for the same date, plenty of tickets were available from Nagpur

to HTK in the sleeper coaches.

• Hence we filled up the form > Ngp to HTK, Boarding at MKU.

• To our surprise, boarding at MKU was showing wait listed!!

• How it was possible?? We can travel from any place to any place and

can board at any place!! We are paying additional fare to the railways

for a longer journey then how such wrong system can happen??

• How boarding at MKU can be waitlisted when we booked the ticket from Nagpur??

• Our PNR Numbers are >> 633-0533551, 642-8450137, 633-0537368,

633-0536603, 623-0767835, 633-0538253, 623-0768275, 642-8447088.

• We feel some thing wrong with your reservation system at Malkapur Station.

• Now we plead to railways to look in the matter and please suggest us

how we can print on tickets “ boarding at MKU”
