Indian railways not refunding money

I have booked the ticket said

PNR no 2512984485

Reference No: ekt200808700170029.

and filed TDR as train got canceled but I really don t understand why indian railways not giving my full amount back they just refund 50% of the total amount for reference you can see the link which i am mentioning here

which clearly said The train no. 2414 Jammu Tawi-Ajmer Pooja Express scheduled to depart Jammu Tawi has been cancelled today.

Where I am wrong that if i am asking for full refund.
