Discomfort cause due to RAC birth allowtments

Despite of the advanced reservation of my parents Mr. M.N.Nair (72) and Mrs. Sundari Nair (62), travelling in A/C II (Rapti-sagar exp.) from Palaghat to Jhansi dated 15/9/09 did not provide the lower berth for senior citizens, now I come to know that the lower berths are occupied by four RAC TICKET holders. Seeing the journey span and the ages of my parents I request you to take some immediate action regarding this matter.
