Not satisfied with Indian Railway fascilities

Hello,

I recently travelled with 2141 Rajesndra nagar LTT Superfast.

I was very much annoyed with the level of cleanliness.

Moreover the windows where not getting closed.

In cold weather it would be major concern for passengers.

Even we donot have emergency coaches available for replacement once a train gets late. IT makes difficult for passengers to wait anywhere in Indian Railway premises as they are so dirty and filthy.

Kindly invest the Earnings in such a way that they seem tp be well utilised. We are charged Rs. 20/- extra for superfast and it takes same time as express trains.
