Mr. a.k. chowdari T.T of train no 2688 shouted pushed me on 26 10 09

Dear sir,

i dhiraj gupta travelled on 26/10/09 from meerut to agra. My PNR No - 2627861702. i was alloted berth no 10 and16 in s6. the fans of that couch were not running. In H.nizamuddin complaint to T.T Mr A.K. Chowdari who was also in the train. to my surprise instead to help me he answered: since winter have started, hence fan will not run and he even told me that this is government rule.

when i told him that i dont think that there is any such kind of rules, and if yes than why in other couch fan is running. after listening to this he suddenly start shouting on me and even pushed me. after getting down in agra cantt station at 19.30 hrs (approx.) i complaint about the misbehavior of mr A.K chowdari to gentlemen setting in -MAY I HELP YOU ROOM) since i came to know that complaint are registered in that room. Instead of giving complaint book he gave me paper to write the complaint and told me that he will give the receipt copy of it. I had written everything happened to me in train and even taken received signature of that gentlemen in second copy. Sir till date nothing is happened in spite of giving complete details of my address and contact number i have not received any call from concern authority from railway. I doubt that the gentlemen who was setting in agra cantt station have forwarded my complaint to his senior. i herewith request to railway kindly look into the matter and revert back for the same.
