Less number and uncertain frequency of Pasenger trains from Faridabad to Delhi

Problem: Very less nunmber and uncertain frequency of Passenger trains from Faridabad to Delhi.

Dear Indian Railways Team

I am a resident of Faridabad working in an organisation in Okhla Delhi and used to travel between Delhi - Faridabad through the passenger train. We are daily reaching to our office/home late due to uncertain arrival of passenger trains as well as being less in frequency.

Moreover a majority of people are travelling in these passenger trains and the trains are fully choked but people being forced to travel in the same train being less trains and uncertain timings. so please look into this.

Suggestions:

Passenger trains frequency should be increased immediately.

A seperate track shoud be laid between Delhi- Mathura for the passenger trains.

Establishment of the central agency for monitoring of the correct arrival/ Departure of the trains.
