Poor maintanance in goa express and durranto express

At the outset I must compliment the railways for such a vast network of rails and progressively enhancing this network to felicitate the travel.

I had the opportunity to travel from Pune to Delhi and back by Durronto express and Goa express. It was appalling to see that the trains were not serviced before departure from Pune and Delhi. The refuse recepticals were full and out not emptied. The wash basins and bathrooms were filthy. These were not even attended to during the routine halts.
