Delays in mumbai local western railways

Delay in mumbai local western railways is making diificult to reach to office in time. It is taking 1 & 1/2 hr in slow train and 1 hr & 10 minutes to travel between borivali and churchgate, instead it should take 40 minutes in fast train and 50 minutes in slow train. Our lives are shorten by travelling four hours daily to and from work. this furthur delays will make it worst. Pls find out a proper solution and system to run trains on time and without delay. Also u r charging three times more in firts clas, but facilities in firts class are worst than second class. most of the times trains are dirty, fans do not work, seats are torn and unbalanced, etc. Western railways should provide services for our money we pay to them.
