I am not satisfied the schedulu of the shirdi special train maintance

Respected sir,

I, M.Narayana Rao s/o Appala komda late, Hindu, aged 41 years, residing at D.No.64-3-20/1, Ramnagar, shiriharipuram, Malakapuram post, Visakhapatnam 530011.

I have booked train tickets for my shiridi trip from visakhapatnam to sainagar by the train No.0867 and 0868 for up and down for dates are 30-01-10 and 31-01-10 for return journey, the train is special for shiridi. The train was started on 30-01-10 from visakhapatnam, late 5 hours, and same was continued till the end of the station i.e Sainagar, it was reached at 5.30pm. and it supposed to start at 6.20.pm. in this meanwhile I could not complete lord Sai baba Darshan and came back to station for return journey. For this inconvenience of train schedule I have suffered like any thing. After completion of Saibaba dharshan it is around 10p.m. from shiridi on that time I have came to Manmadu railway station with great difficulty at night 1.45.a.m. from their I took general ticket to travel secundrabad by Dewayani express with any reservation, I have traveled in general with out set and sleep, it is very worst situation in my life. From secundrabad to visakhapatnam I came by Garib Radh next day a morning.

The following tickets are taken by me far above incident:-

1. From Visakhapatanam to Sainagar PNR.No.6336887992, Dt. Journey :-30-01-10.

2. From Sainagr to Visakhapatnam PNR.No.8339364525, Dt. Journy :-31-01-10.

(I have not used this ticket for journey because this the ticket got problem, hence I did not cancelled till today).

3.Genaral ticket No.62670296 Dt.01/02/10 on this ticket I have traveled from Mundandu to Secundrabad. Around 11 p.m. at request of one of the T.T.E. I got seat for paying Rs.75 Receipt No.155469 Dt.01-02-10.

4. From Secunrabad to Visakhapatnam, PNR.No.1410381904, Dt. of journey 01-02-10.

Therefore the above circumstances I got very uncomfortable for the train schedule and maintenance of the timings hence I requesting you to pay back my unraveled ticket fare which is From Sainagr to Visakhapatnam PNR.No.8339364525, Dt. Journy :-31-01-10 and also Rs. 10, 000/- for my mentally agony and other expenses deemed fit and proper.
