Harrasment to Senior Citizen

I with my wife travelled by train No 9264 on 1 Mar to Porbander from Gurgaon and on 6 Mar from Porbander back to Gurgaon. Both ways we were given upper births in AC 2 Coaches. While going we could manage with some co passengers to adjust with us giving lower births but on return journey it became hell as I was at birth number 30, upper birth and my wife birth number 7, a lower birth, we were told at the railway station that TTE will be able to adjust.
We boarded the train and requested the TTE who said that it will be done from RAJKOT by the next TTE coming on duty. After train moved from RAJKOT, the TTE said he will do it before AHMEDABAD which he never did and kept giving seats to many passengers who were holding General tickets, I pleaded with the TTE that we both are senior citizens of 71 and 65 years age and we both are patients of heart and cancer, do kindly help. It had no heed and he kept doing his favours to others for the reasons which need an enquiry, the TTE refused to give his name as he was not wearing the upper coat.
Kindly look into the matter or else the Railways should stop bragging about the welfare being done of patients/senior citizens.
