Pathetic condition in Howrah Delhi Duronto Express

I travelled in 2273 Howrah New Delhi Duranto Express on 05th April. The Pathetic condition in the train are as follows..

AC not working till Bardhaman, Hence, we all were in a bad condition. The condition gor better only after all the passengers started shouting abusive languages

NO fridgers or Hot cases are in place in the 3 AC coaches.

Dinner (which was picked up by the pantry guys from Gaya had wrotten Dal and half cooked rice. Had to buy foof from Mughal Sarai station thank god the train stops there for technical maintainance. and also the Ice creams served had already melted.

Water not in the Toilets which made it very unhealthy.

Would request the Railway Minister to kindly look into the matter as the fares of Duronto is same as of Rajdhani and the service is not even 20% of the Rajdhani.

If this continues I hope people will have to opt for Duronto only when they are in a fix.
