Handicapped Reserved couch in Mail Trails

Indian Railways has introduce sperate couch facilities to Handicapped Persons in Mail Trains, This facilities is causing lots of inconveneince to handicapped Persons travelling on long distance mail trains. The handicapped reservation couches are as good as general compartments. Anybody gets into this compartment as its is attached to general couch, even the police men doesn t stop people entering this compartment,

We request to restore the Handicapped gouta seats to S3 compartment of all Mail trains, as its was earlier.
