sir well we travelled on 31/5/10 from jammu tavi to delhi through train no.2414

we were in 2nd a.c our pnr no.are 230 4561967, 210 4559199, 230 6723100, we were total 13 people, and when we commenced our journey from jammu a/c was not working and we complained about it many times and nothing was done then we asked for complaint book but by our repeated request we were not given compalint book by tt, then they say we will declare it non a/c, but we said we want complaint book but theydidnt give us then in ludhaian when train stopped the other tt came and we told him the problem, he told the electrician that you bring your register and we wrote the complaint on that register, so i want u to take stric action against miss guidance and refund the full amount of tickets.
