Harrasement in Journey

Subject: Claim for harassment.

1. I have to do travel from Gwalior to Ambala on 09-May-10 for that I had reserve three births in sleeper class on dated 09-Apr-10 at that time these three births are in waiting, due to some official problem my husband (Mr. Atul Sharma) was unable to join this journey with me so one birth was cancelled by us before confirmation. PNR no of ticket is 8529162077 and distance between these two is 512 km. Now I have to do journey with my 10 yrs old daughter Arshita Sharma.

2. On 09-May-10, two births are confirmed coach and seat no. was S1-14 and S4-14. Two births in different two coaches.

3. I had requested with TC for giving two births in one coach so that I can travel with my 10 yrs old daughter but sorry to say that the said TC not support me and misbehave with me. He told me that you have to travel on allotted birth only. If you will not go in different coach in given birth I will allot that birth to another passenger.

4. When I had checked the birth in different coach, a passenger was sleeping there.

5. Due to an employee of Indian Railway, I had complete bad journey by seating whole night. I am already suffering from cirbycal disease. After this journey my cirbycle problem increased.

6. I was mentally and physically harassed by this Indian Railway employee.

7. My request with you that for this harassment, you have to arrange to pay Rs. 50000 from Indian railway department. It is good if you will help me otherwise I will put this case in court.
