Im not satisfied with the behaviour of station master and ticket checke

I Rita Kesarwani was traveling from Dadar to Andheri (w) punched coupon in Dadar at 1.15p.m on 25th July but in in coupon the print was 25th July 10.23a.m which i dint paid attention which was my mistake.when i got down in Andheri T.C (m.b mahalay) caught me and told me 2 pay penalty of R.S 250.I agreed 2 pay him when i ask to give him complain book he refused to give me and told 2 pay R.S 120 instead of 256 which is illegal. I paid 256 but he dint gave me complain book and talk rudely to me. Because of punching machine (CVM) mistake i had to suffer and had to pay RS 256.Station master and ticket checker don t know how to talk to girl and women. He also gave me bad words.please punish the culprit and help me...
