E ticket in indian railways and the irresponsible ticket squad

Sir we had a problem while travelling from mumbai to chennai by train no 1041 on 26th july. as the ticket checking squad came i produced my e-ticket. he asked for id proof i showed my pan card and driving licence laminated colour xerox. the squad told us to produce the orginal but as we misplaced our orginal some where in our luggage we searched for it by the time he used to treat us like a ticket less traveller and even though he knows english he talked to us in marathi which we cant understand. he forcefully detrained us at the station next to pune and demanded rs 1442 from us. but at that time i was not having sufficient funds to pay so he demanded us to withdraw from atm then he left us there and he got into the train while starting we however managed to enter into the unreserved compartment and we struggled a lot. while the next station came it was around 12pm and i alone went to my compatment s 10 but the seats were given to some other rac people and came to know that he has collected rs 400 per ticket from that passengers without issuing proper receipt. i was totally in a disturbed mind till i reached chennai. kindly take the necessary leagal action on that ticket checking squad as he should not do this type of cheap behaviour to other passengers in future. i am ready to take any legal step against that official. kindly do the needful in time and reply me immediately.
