The TT of train No. 2277 dated 28 08 10

I had booked a tatkal ticket for my domestic helps travelling from Gaya to Ambala. The PNR No. of the ticket was 6443965661. The domestic helps are from a village near Gaya. Thier names are Dinesh age 20 and Baburam age 18. They were taken out of the train in the Mugal Sarai Station, beaten up, was bullied money and kept in the station custody for the whole night.

I m a regular traveller of the indian railways but was shocked to hear this incident when i received a phone call from my domestic help.

Kindly take this matter seriously as this incident is a huge harrasment which i m facing.
