Not providing appropriate service to passange

1. On 02.10.10 hand towels were not provided in Bhubaneswar Rajdhani (2444). When asked the attendant, he answered that it is not being given by New Delhi railway station. Dirty toilets- soap and mugs were not kept in most of them.

2. On 06.10.10 again no hand towels, same reply by attendant in Bhubaneswar Rajdhani (2421). Train was not cleaned at starting station Bhubaneswar. Toilets very dirty, some were blocked and stinking very badly. The two bedsheets were provided out of them oe was very dirty and smelling bad, one was cleaned.

3. Retiring rooms at Bhubaneswar was available at the time when inquired, but concerned person denied. Later he allotted the same to other person with bribe.
