Poor service in Indian Railway 3AC

On 20.09.10, Coach no B2 (3AC) of Train No 4060 was full of cockroachs and very dirty. I informed to Ticket Collector & attendaent but no positive response. there was no complaint book available in the coach. i registered teh complaint at Jodhpur stn vide complaint receipt no 21455 but no feedback yet. i had small kid with me and had to awake full night to take care of him.
what s teh use of paying extra money for AC coach if we have to get facilities like that? it s a great quetsion mark on the big claims of Indian Railway of providing best service & response to travellers???
