Feedback regarding poor service of train no 2353

This is to bring in your notice that, today I had very bad experience with railways which impacted my performance in my organization.

I board 2353 train no: at 0425 hrs from Kanpur and reached Nizzamudin station at 1300hrs. Where as actual time of reaching destination is 0840 hrs. I reached office at 1340hrs instead of 1030 hrs. Who is going to share the embarrassment I felt in front of my team mate, to whom always I m giving lecture of time management etc. also I had mental stress during these 4 hrs. (Between 9am to 1pm). My best friend had an exam and I could not even meet him (in morning) at once because of this delay. It’s really very bad on your part. Just answer one of my questions; Do our (general public) time is not productive?
