In rajadhani Express Catering Bedding staff asking Money as tip forcefully

In Rajadhani Express (Nizamudeen - Trivandrum) Express the catering / Bedding Staff are asking tip money (min. 50 Rs - 100 Rs from each traveller) forcefully. They insist everyone to pay them for their service and even the last dinner meal didn t have any dessert item served, when asked they said the icecream was not loaded in the train thats why they can t serve. I think beacuse the traveller protested against the force tip collection they avoided this item from the list.

I travelled on 8th November from udupi station to trivandrum in B1 Coach and got this experience. Almost all passengers were iritted with the catering staff behaviour of collecting tips like this.

After catering staff bedding staff came for collecting tips from each passenger... this was totally fustrating and disgusting.

Please look into this type of gundaism done by catering and bedding staff in such trains.
