I am not satisfied with the basic amenities in the train

Hi,

I was traveling from Chennai to Varnasi in month of November by Varnasi to Rameshwaram Express Train No: 42-60; I realized that there is no basic ameneties like no water, no mug in the toilet and no one is paying attention for the cleanness of coaches. Fan is not working. Coaches were in pathetic situation. As it is rainy season, we aged old people (all above 60 yrs) suffered a lot while travelling. Its really a shame that ICRTC and Indian Railways is NOT at all maintaining Coaches. Its very sad that though we all pay taxes and ticket fare, what we get is pathetic service.

So I kindly request Indian government to strictly order the railway personnel to clean the train properly and see to that all the basic facilities are full filled from time to time.
