Bad operation of Indian Railway what Mamta Banergee doing

On 21Nov10 i travelled from Howrah to Satna by superfast 2321 Howra Mumbai mail. The train started at scheduled time of 2200hrs, but on the way it delayed and reached Satna at 1740hrs instead of scheduled time of 1440

Again on 23Nov10 i travelled from Satna to Howrah by 2322 Mumbai Kolkata mail. It arived Satna at scheduled time of 1610 hrs but was delayed by 3hrs on the way and reached Howrah at 1445hr on 23Nov10.

Will the railway wakeup from its slumber. I know that superfast trains are monitored at GM level and Railway board level, I wonder whether they are also sleeping.

On both occassions the coach HA1 and A1 were full of cockroaches. When I wanted to get it cleaned, I was told that the contract of cleaning contractor has expired and there is nobody to clean. It is another instance of Railways in deeeep slumber.
