Harrassment by the Indian Railways

I have done reservation in August Kranti Rajdhani for 23rd Nov vide PNR No 221-3185267 in IInd AC from H Nizamudin to Mumbai Central on 15th Nov at 12:07 and got wait listed W/L 72 to 75 and currently W/L 30 to 33. On the jurney day before chart had been prepared my ticket status shows W/L 1 to 4 but after cahrt had been prepared final ststus shows W/L 6 to 8. I want to konw the cause why W/L had been increased in place of decreasing. I have seen first time in my life such things happen. Please tell me why this thing happen with me.
