Impending action against complaint

With great expectation and hope I registered a complaint No.344779 on may 1 at ernakulam town station at 7.30 pm. My expectation about the indian railways customerservice was jeopardised, when I felt that my complaint was not taken care by the authorities even after one month. Ifeel I have wasted my time in registering the complaint.
Is this what the Indian Railway is all about???!!
