E ticket cancellation not done

Due to sudden s trick by the drivers of Trivandrum Division on 8th December all the trains were delayed/can celled. As there is no proper information I forced to stay away from station and morning on 9th December I was forced to travel by some other train from Trichur to Chennai by taking fresh ticket/reservation. The refund for my e ticket has not been done till date despite my repeated e mail.
