No TTR for 4 hrs Special Train, Shabby Train

I travelled by 0657 Special Train introduced for Independence Day travellers from Chennai- Trivandrum starting at 830 pm from Chennai on 14th Aug.

The bogie S12 was the most shabby, with unclean toilets, . The train was filled with Salem passengers & Kerala bound passengers, with Waiting list tickets in reserved bogie. Instead of the TTR Mr. Balasubramaniam coming within 1 hr, he arrived at 1230 am. The passage near toilet was filled with people sitting

& not able to enter toilets or other bogie.

Such is the way reserved passengers are treated on independence day. TTr is not interested in driving people to unreserved compartment. He comes cooly at 1230 to avoid the confusion.

Kindly answer if possible the" HARVARD reputed IndianRailways"
