Disconnecting 53636_Eword Service, Alert subbscription service on airtail SMS

Sir,
Under above subject I am unnecessary getting subscription alert service on airtail SMS and getting distrurbed. Every week an amount of Rs 5/- is deducted from my account. I had a talk with customer care
three months back for removal of this facility but they didnot do any thing. Kindly disconnect me from above subscription alert service of airtail immediately. I don't need such services from airtail henceforth.
