Renewal of expired Gift Certificate

Hi,

I had received a gift certificate of Rs 1, 600 from my colleagues in January. I had misplaced the certificate and only found it this month. When I contacted India Plaza, I was told that the certificate cannot be renewed. India Plaza has not refunded the money to the person who bought the Gift Certificate either.

This is unfair as India Plaza is making money for services that they have not provided.
