i had registered for book club membership on 2 oct and a invoice is generated on 3 oct .i had got delievary of free books for registering in book club on 8 oct i had paid the cash at the time of delievary in the post i got invoice and a letter saying thanks for registering for book club membership and my membership will be activated within 2 days after the payment is made but my membership is not activated .i had lodged a complaint in customer care for more than 5 times but no response towards it.the customer care number is always busy.
